What is Kizuna?
Kizuna is an offline-first real-estate CRM app for property agents in Pakistan. It manages listings, buyers, owners, tenants, rent, deals, visits and follow-ups on your phone, in Lakh/Crore and Marla/Kanal, in English or Urdu.
Does Kizuna work without internet?
Yes. Every listing, buyer, payment and note is saved on your phone first, so the whole app works offline. When you are back online it syncs to the cloud in the background.
How does Kizuna match buyers to properties?
Kizuna scores each buyer against each listing on budget, location, property type, bedrooms, size, bathrooms and features. Budget and location count most. Only the criteria a buyer actually gave are scored, and every match shows its reasons.
Does Kizuna support Marla, Kanal, Lakh and Crore?
Yes. Prices are entered and shown in Pakistani Rupees as Lakh and Crore, and plot and house sizes in Marla, Kanal or square feet, the way Pakistani buyers and sellers talk.
Is Kizuna available in Urdu?
Yes. Switch to Urdu and the entire app turns right-to-left, with Nastaliq headings and Naskh body text designed for readability on small screens.
Who can see my clients and listings?
Only you and the team members you invite. Data is scoped to your organisation and protected by row-level security on the server, and property photos are kept in private storage.
Which phones does Kizuna run on?
Kizuna is built for both iPhone and Android. Join early access on kizuna.pk and we will send you a download link for your phone.
Can a whole real-estate agency use Kizuna?
Yes. Kizuna is organised around agencies: you can invite agents with owner, admin or agent roles, and choose whether records are shared with the whole team or kept private to each agent.
Can Kizuna track rent from tenants?
Yes. Kizuna keeps a rent ledger for every tenant, shows who has paid, who is due and who is late, and lets you send a rent reminder on WhatsApp in one tap.
Does Kizuna work with WhatsApp?
Yes. You can share listings and shortlists, confirm site visits and send rent reminders straight into a WhatsApp chat from inside Kizuna.
Can I call or WhatsApp a client straight from Kizuna?
Yes. Kizuna stores Pakistani mobile numbers in a standard format, so you can call a client or open a WhatsApp chat with them in one tap from their record.
